"OneHourSite" is a one-page business website built from the details you send us through our form. It includes: your business name and logo (yours, or a text logo we create), one "Services" section (up to 12 items, prices optional), a Google Map with your address and opening hours, a message button (WhatsApp, SMS, Messenger or Telegram, your choice), a Call button, a "Book" button linking to your own booking system (Booksy, Fresha, Square, Mindbody, Jane, Cliniko…) if you have one, your licence/insurance line, up to 10 photos (yours, or stock images for your trade), links to your Instagram/Facebook and Google reviews, mobile layout and HTTPS.
Your site is published at a subdomain we provide (yourbusiness.web24h.academiacreativa.space). Hosting on that subdomain is included for 12 months from delivery. After 12 months you may renew hosting, move the site, or let it expire; we'll email you at least 30 days before. Your own domain name (yourbusiness.com) is a separate purchase ("Domain + professional email").
Your site is published within 1 hour of receiving your completed form (usually within minutes). The form is available for 30 days after purchase; if you need more time, reply to any of our emails and we'll extend it. We cannot build a site without your details.
One round of changes is included, requested through the changes form within 7 days of delivery. A round is one request covering text, photos, services, hours, contact details and colours. Fixing a contact detail we got wrong never counts as your round. Further changes are available under "Maintenance for 1 year" (up to 4 changes a month).
Additional pages, online payments, booking calendars, blog posts, copywriting beyond your one page, advertising, SEO campaigns, printed material, and any service listed as a separate product. We do not run ads for you.
You confirm you own or have permission to use the text, photos and logo you send. We do not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights, and we may decline it. You keep all rights to your content; you grant us the right to display it on your site.
If you're not satisfied for any reason, email academiacreativa.ar@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund your payment in full to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank may take 5-10 business days to show it. Domain registrations already purchased in your name are non-refundable (the registry charges us), but the domain stays yours.
We aim for 99.5 % monthly uptime on our subdomains. Support is by email at academiacreativa.ar@gmail.com; we reply within one business day.
Google Maps, WhatsApp and social links are provided by their owners under their own terms.
We provide the site "as is" for informational purposes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under the law of your country.
We use your name, email and business details to build and host your site, send you the emails needed to do so, and provide support. We don't sell your data. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Full policy: /privacy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
