1. What we collect

Your name, email address, and the business details, photos and logo you send us through our form. Our checkout provider (Stripe) collects your payment details; we never see your card number. Our sites use Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel to measure visits and ads (aggregated, no card data).

2. Why

To build, host and support your website, send you the emails needed to do so (order confirmation, form link, delivery, changes, renewal notice), and to measure our advertising.

3. Who sees it

Only us and the providers we need to deliver the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, our email provider, Microsoft Clarity and Meta (analytics). We don't sell your data and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing.

4. How long

Your order and site data are kept while your site is hosted with us and for 5 years afterwards for accounting purposes. Emails are kept for support history.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing academiacreativa.ar@gmail.com. If you're in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

6. Cookies

The landing page and checkout use strictly necessary cookies plus analytics/advertising cookies (Clarity, Meta Pixel). You can block them in your browser without affecting your purchase.
